Scallar

Platform

Three layers. One foundation.

Scallar is designed as a system of action, not a system of record: it observes real work, evaluates its efficiency and drives the actions that improve it.

Layer 01 · Observe

See how work actually happens.

Scallar is designed to connect to authorized workplace tools and reconstruct observable work as structured contributions — without imposing self-report questionnaires on employees.

  • Slack · Calendar · Code reviews

    Who with whom

    Collaboration patterns.

  • Jira · Linear · HubSpot · Docs

    Working on what

Tasks, projects and priorities receiving attention.

  • Tools and methods where data allows

    Working how

Human alone, human + AI, or autonomous agent.

  • Tasks · PRs · Opportunities · Milestones

    With what result

    Deliverables and observable outcomes.

Layer 02 · Understand

Understand what really makes work effective.

Contributions are translated into team-level patterns across four complementary dimensions. Indicators are designed to trigger improvements — never to rank or score individuals.

  • Meeting load · silos · dependencies

    Collaboration

    Are we collaborating productively?

  • Alignment · blocked work · cycle time

    Tasks

Are we working on the right things?

  • AI by task type · workflows

    Methods & AI

Are we using the most effective methods?

  • Workload · out-of-hours · focus

    Sustainability

Can we maintain this over time?

Layer 03 · Improve

Turn intelligence into better ways of working.

Scallar is designed to connect detection, recommendation, intervention and the measurement of what changes — across six action domains.

  • A-01

    Alignment

Designed to surface gaps between the work actually happening and the organization's stated priorities.

  • A-02

    Workload & Sustainability

Designed to identify team-level overload or underload patterns before they become attrition or burnout.

  • A-03

    Collaboration

Designed to reveal inefficient coordination: meeting load, silos, critical dependencies and bottlenecks.

  • A-04

    Methods & AI

Designed to help organizations use AI more effectively — and to spread the working methods that actually work.

  • A-05

    Development

Designed to identify development opportunities from observable work rather than static competency grids.

  • A-06

    Recognition

Designed to bring supportive and collaborative work to light — so recognition rests on evidence, not memory.

The closed loop.

  1. 01

    Observe

  2. 02

    Understand

  3. 03

    Act

  4. 04

    Measure

  5. 05

    Improve

Scallar is designed to track what changes after an intervention and help evaluate its effect. Before/after differences are not presented as proven causal effects.

Foundation · Trust & compliance

  1. Level 1

    Private information

Inform the individual directly. Only they see it.

  2. Level 2

    Manager recommendation

Recommend an action to an authorized human.

  3. Level 3

    Execution with approval

Execute an authorized action after validation.

  4. Level 4

    Autonomous low-risk

    Execute permitted low-risk actions autonomously.

Anything relating to evaluation or compensation is restricted to Levels 1–2.
