1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SCALLAR website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.
2. About SCALLAR
SCALLAR is a project currently in development, building AI Workers to perform talent management roles (onboarding, goal-setting, performance review, compensation effectiveness, career mobility, and collaboration). The Site is presented on a pre-launch basis to share information about SCALLAR and allow visitors to join a waitlist. No product or service is currently being sold, licensed, or made commercially available through the Site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. The Waitlist
If you submit your email address to join the SCALLAR waitlist, you consent to receive occasional communications from us about SCALLAR's development, launch, and related updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in any such communication, or by contacting us at hello @ scallar.ai. 5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, illustrations, and the SCALLAR name and any associated branding — is the property of SCALLAR or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks; (c) introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful code; (d) scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without our consent; or (e) impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
7. No Warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Because SCALLAR is in active development, information on the Site — including product descriptions, features, and timelines — may change without notice and is provided for informational purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SCALLAR and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SCALLAR. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
